What's an ISBN?
It's a 10 or 13 digit number that identifies your book. Usually, it's located on the lower right-hand corner of the back of the book. Need a little more information?
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. It's absolutely free! Just print out the shipping label we provide, tape it to the box, and hand it off at your local Post Office.
How do I know Fairbooks is legit?
We thought about releasing our birth certificate...but figured that wouldn't do much to prove our legitness. If you're on the fence about placing an order, let us know–we'll put you in touch with some of our very satisfied customers.
What condition will you accept books in?
We're pretty generous–we do have to be able to read the book, though.
Do you have an affiliate program? How about an API?

How long is the price offer valid?
Once you check out, you have 48 hours to put the books in the mail.

Will I always receive precisely the amount shown?
If the ISBN you entered shows up at our door, the amount shown will show up in your bank account.
My payment hasn't showed up yet; what's going on?
Wait at least two weeks after we've received your books to receive your money–Paypal loves to hold onto money (especially large payments) for a little while before releasing it. If more than two weeks have elapsed, then something probably went seriously wrong; in that case, please contact us at payment@fairbooks.com, and we'll make sure everything gets fixed.
